A recent project was an application of Managed File Transfer for a client who needed a PCI-DSS compliant MFT solution for a seller to order by telephone. Rather than resort to written documentation, I did a screencast for the customer and the manufacturer of their use. I used a USB headset / microphone combination with Snapz Pro X to do the screen capture. The result was very good, professional-looking, but I decided that if I were to try to repeat the performance, I wanted a better sound as well as the possibility to modify the software to zoom in to the sections most relevant to the screen. a sample stage was the care of the sound.
